What about Jerry...

So, it has been over a month since I last posted. In all honesty, there has not been too much to post about. I have been working at Talbots (a lot!), interviewing and riding. That is about it. I did get a teaching job offer last week, but I declined because it was 50 miles away. Argh. It would have been a nice school to teach in too, but there was simply too arduous of a daily commute.

Last night was the exception... DAS and I went to see Jerry Seinfeld at the Landmark Theatre in Syracuse and it was a packed show. We ate a quick meal at PJ Dorsey's which I thought was appropriate considering today is St. Patrick's Day and all. Our seats were in the Orchestra all the way on the right and kind of in the back, but we could still see and we had an easy time leaving!! Both Tom (Papa) and Jerry were very funny and we had a blast. Jerry came back after his set to answer a few questions and did the "Helloooooooo" voice and "Hello Newman" for the audience, which we all loved. I hope he comes back soon because it was a really fun night.
We even stopped at Krispy Kreme for some donuts on the way home, so a more perfect night there could not have been.

Oh, but the one kind of lousy thing is that the snow finally melted this week and we could see the grass after three months, and then it snowed again last night and we are back to square one. Except now most of the roads we use to get "into town" are flooded so we have to take circuitous alternate routes. I love CNY in the spring!
