The Other Woman - by Jane Green

I almost forgot. On Friday during my break, I went to Waldenbooks to find 20 Times a Lady, by Karen Bosnak, but for whatever reason, they did not seem to have it. I have been a fan of Karyn ever since she started SaveKaryn.com - and I think she is hysterical.

But anyway, I started looking some of the other books and saw The Other Woman. The premise, that a mother-in-law becomes overwhemingly present in a relationship and then a marriage was interesting enough, but I thought that it was too funny that the main characters have the same names as me and my own dear hubby, although my mother-in-law is not a problem at all. Sucker that I am, I bought the book - and when I got home, I proceeded to read the entire thing. (I am a very fast reader, in an interview for my prep school when I was teenager, my dad called me a plot-chaser and I started to cry. Fun times.) The book was ok, mostly predictable but a fun read nontheless.
