Wasting time

So, after I finished my first post, I clicked on the "Random Post" button on the blogger site. Whoa! There are a lot of bloggers out there...and random is a good word for most of them. The coolest was the "Budek in Berlin" one where the Duke student who is studying abroad there posted a bunch of pictures from his trip, awesome! I have never been to Berlin, but I have been to a bunch of other places. Traveling is awesome. I am trying to convince my husband now that we NEED to take a trip this summer, but he is so fully invested in working hard and keeping an eye on his reps that I'll be hard pressed to even convince him to take three days off (plus a weekend). The sad part about the whole thing is that he has something like six weeks of vacation days, but he feels as though he has to be in his office or the place will fall apart. Can you believe that he was even conducting deals on our honeymoon cruise to Bermuda? Secretly, I was proud of him, but jeez... he needs to realize that the office will still be there if he leaves for a few days. Oh, so we went to Miami for a long weekend last year, and we both want to go back there for this short little vaca. Miami is awesome although I feel somewhat inadequate when all of these model-esque, beautiful women in bikinis are strutting by, felt kinda odd on South Beach when the girls were topless as well, not sure the husband minded too much though until an eighty year old woman sitting near us took her top off as well. Hee hee. Anyhoo, need to go back to Miami.
