Some people are truly vile

So today started out like any other. I got up and took care of the dog, and got ready to go to work. I arrived at work and things were going smoothly. The store was not terribly busy, but we had some of our regular clients come in and shop.

Then, a little later in the morning, maybe around 11:30, the store got quite a bit busier. Seven of the wardrobing rooms were being used and I was running about the store helping various clients. I went back into the wardrobing rooms in order return some of the clothes to the floor and I found two security sensors and two sweater tags laying on the bench in one of the rooms. Someone had brough scissors in to the room cut the tags off of two sweaters and walked out with them. I immediately brought the tags to the manager's attention, but I felt sick. To think that I had probably been nice to this person and helped them. To make it worse, I am not really sure who it was. Double ugh. Some people are just atrocious, but what are you going to do? I guess I am too trusting and nice anyway. I think I need to learn to be more suspicious.

On the bright side, the trip to Miami is finalized. I am so excited and really looking forward to the relaxation time on the beach. So, I wore the fabulous outfit I bought on Sunday to work today and felt like a million bucks, too bad that miserable robbing wench had to put a damper on my happy day. I also bought some gauchos and tops from my store, and they'll be cute for Miami.

Bygones. I'll get over it, but it really does feel like a personal violation when someone goes and robs you like that. I hope the person feels really guilty about her actions. Things are pretty quiet other than that little incident.

Oh, I also have to "go to court" tonight to plead not guilty about a speeding ticket. I hope that it goes well, but I am not sure what to expect.

Yeah MIAMI!
